1. Introduction & Acceptance
By registering on or using the Tron Auction platform ("the Platform"), all users—including buyers and suppliers—confirm that they have read, understood, and fully accepted this unified policy. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the platform.
Tron FZ LLC, United Arab Emirates, operates solely as a digital intermediary and is not responsible for any actions, decisions, or deliveries made by suppliers or buyers.
2. Platform Rules for All Users
- All users must submit accurate, complete registration details.
- Users must not manipulate bidding, listings, pricing, wallets, deposits, or delivery processes.
- Any attempt to mislead, scam, or manipulate will result in suspension, removal, and forfeiture of funds or deposits.
- Tron may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion without notice.
3. Buyer Policy
3.1 Deposits
- A mandatory refundable deposit of 1,500 AED is required to participate in auctions.
- If no auction is won, a refund may be requested, subject to a 10% processing fee.
- If a buyer wins an auction but fails to complete payment, the deposit is forfeited.
3.2 Bidding & Payment
- All bids are final and legally binding.
- Buyers must maintain a sufficient wallet balance and complete payments promptly.
- Failure to pay results in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of deposits.
3.3 Buyer Refund Rights
Refunds may be requested ONLY if:
- The supplier fails to deliver the product within the listed timeframe + 30 days.
- The product arrives damaged or materially different from the listing.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of expected delivery and will be subjected to transaction fees.
4. Supplier Policy
4.1 Commission Structure
Tron deducts a 10% commission from the supplier's minimum set price.
4.2 Delivery Responsibilities
- Suppliers are fully responsible for shipping, tracking, and ensuring delivery.
- Suppliers must update the delivery status at each stage.
- Suppliers carry full liability for damaged, lost, or delayed shipments.
- Failure to update delivery status may delay or cancel payment to the supplier.
4.3 Payment Terms
- Payments are released 30 days after auction close upon valid proof of delivery and buyer confirmation.
- Chargebacks, disputes, or platform violations result in delayed or canceled payments.
4.4 Product Compliance
- Products must match descriptions and must not violate any UAE or international law.
- Any counterfeit, damaged, unsafe, or misrepresented item may lead to permanent supplier removal.
4.5 Tax Obligations
- Suppliers are solely responsible for VAT and regulatory taxes.
- Tron does not collect or remit VAT on behalf of suppliers.
5. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes—buyer or supplier—must be submitted through the Tron CRM system.
- Tron is the FINAL authority on disputes.
- All decisions issued by Tron are binding and non-negotiable.
- Users waive the right to escalate disputes externally, except where legally unavoidable.
6. Legal Waiver & Jurisdiction
By using the platform:
- Users waive the right to sue, claim, or pursue Tron in any local or international court.
- Users agree that Tron cannot be held responsible for product quality, authenticity, shipping, delays, payment issues, or user actions.
- If legal intervention becomes necessary despite this waiver, UAE law and Ras Al Khaimah courts hold exclusive jurisdiction.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Tron is NOT liable for:
- Delays, failed deliveries, or product defects.
- Loss of profits or business opportunities.
- Fraud committed by buyers or suppliers.
- Technical issues, server downtime, or unauthorized access.
8. Amendments
Tron FZ LLC reserves full rights to update, modify, add, or remove clauses from this policy at any time. Users must review the policy regularly. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of all updates.
